Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (Policy) sets out the terms relating to refunds, cancellations, and early termination for services provided by Solution Savvy Pty Ltd (ABN: 506 915 545 33). This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Once-Off Services
(Logo & Branding, Website Development, Creative Services, Zoho Solutions, IT Solutions)
1.1 A 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of work, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion.
1.2 The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures project scheduling, planning, and initial work.
1.3 If the project is cancelled after commencement, no refund will be provided for work performed or the deposit.
1.4 Cancellations prior to commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of Solution Savvy, less any administrative or preparatory costs incurred.
1.5 Once deliverables are provided (including designs, files, or system access), all payments are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Services
(SEO, PPC Advertising, Social Media Marketing – Month-to-Month)
2.1 Monthly services are billed in advance.
2.2 All payments for monthly services are non-refundable, including cases of paused, delayed, or cancelled services mid-cycle.
2.3 Clients may terminate month-to-month services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Services and billing will continue until the notice period ends.
3. Fixed-Term Agreements
(6-Month or 12-Month SEO, PPC & Social Media Marketing Agreements)
3.1 Fixed-term agreements are based on committed rates over the agreed period.
3.2 Early termination of a fixed-term agreement is not eligible for a refund.
3.3 Any outstanding fees up to the termination date remain payable.
3.4 Discounted rates may be reviewed if the agreement is terminated early, with standard month-to-month fees applied retrospectively where applicable.
4. Third-Party Advertising Spend
4.1 All fees paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta/Facebook) are non-refundable and subject to their terms.
4.2 Solution Savvy Pty Ltd is not responsible for refunds on third-party advertising spend, tools, subscriptions, or licenses.
5. No Guarantee of Results
5.1 While services are delivered professionally and diligently, Solution Savvy Pty Ltd does not guarantee outcomes such as rankings, leads, sales, or advertising performance.
5.2 Refunds will not be provided due to dissatisfaction where services have been performed according to the agreed scope.
6. Consumer Law
6.1 Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
6.2 Remedies may be available under the ACL in the event of a major service failure.
